In CMO, References are additional Events, Actions, Documents, Findings, etc. that relate to what they're attached to (in this case, the Reference is attached to an Action). References can be added to Actions from the Action Details screen.
Note: The Add Reference: Action business rule must be enabled for users to add References to Actions.
- Log in to your CMO instance and navigate to the Actions module.
- Click on an Action name to open the Action Details Screen.
- Locate the Operations Menu on the left hand side of the screen.
Click Select Reference from the Operations menu to associate an existing Reference to an Action.
Click New Reference from the Operations menu to create a new reference.
