Changing a User Name
How Can I Change My User Name?
Acuity users will have a User ID and a Display Name.
The User ID is what you enter on the login screen. This is locked to your account, and cannot be changed.
The Display Name is what is shown throughout the site on your Landing Page, on the invoices you interact with, and in the site's audit history. The display name can be edited as needed. In our legacy platform, display name changes can be made through the Acuity User Manager. In the newer platform, you can open up a chat or create a support ticket to have your name updated.
How Can I Change My Timekeeper Name/ ID?
A Timekeeper's name and TK ID/TK Number can be edited on the Timekeeper's profile. For more information on editing timekeepers, please see: Managing Timekeepers
