Existing Firm/Vendor Updates
When an update is required for an existing firm's profile, it is important that all parties are informed. We want to ensure if Acuity is being contacted directly by the firm for an update, that the client has also been informed for their internal record keeping.
- Acuity will need to perform Firm Profile updates
- Open a Support Ticket providing the new information. For more written instruction on opening a ticket, see How to Open an Acuity Support Ticket
- Attach an updated W-9
- For requesting a New User be added, simply open a ticket and attach this form: Acuity ELM New User Request.docx or provide the user's full name and email address in your ticket description
Note: If the firm has a new Tax ID, they will need to be treated as a new firm.
