Timekeeper Scorecard
The Timekeeper Scorecard Feature was created to allow our client users the ability to see statistics for each timekeeper, compare one timekeeper's averages against the averages for a "similarly situated" timekeeper so they can quickly determine which timekeepers are providing the best value and best results and/or which ones are most suited to certain types of assignments.
Locating Timekeeper Scorecard:
- Click on the FIRM / VENDORS in your top navigation
- Perform a Timekeeper Search
- Click on the Timekeeper hyperlink
- If the Timekeeper Scorecard feature is turned on for your site, you will observe the Scorecard tab on the Timekeeper Profile:
- Four KPIs (key performance indicators) are specific to the selected timekeeper
- Default time period shown is calendar YTD
- Click on the collapsed FILTER to update the parameters
Timekeeper Comparison
Timekeeper Comparison measures a specific timekeeper in a select group - for up to 6 attributes selected by the client. Each attribute is weighted in comparison to all other attributes in terms of importance to client - weighting is configurable.
Weighting is set as follows (most important to least important).
- Hover over the bar graph to view the prior year data
- Click on the bar to see a 5 year trend
- Click the download icon to perform a data extract for the selected data point
Note: Navigate to Analytics>View Canned Reports>Timekeeper Scorecard Overview to download all attributes for all timekeepers into excel. See Canned Reports
Acuity Score:
Based on the weighted algorithm, what the Acuity Score is telling you is that the best timekeepers will:
- Lower number of line items approved/sent for payment/paid that triggered a non-critical flag
- Lower blended rate
- Color-coded score and gauge show you how specific timekeeper ranks as compared to selected set. Score is based on comparison with other selected timekeepers. If you change the cohort, the score can change as well.
- Note: Currently, Acuity can only compare to timekeepers within your own database. To learn options on comparing to other client data sets, please reach out to your Customer Success to learn more about additional Mitratech options.
