Change the permission outside counsel has within their open matter assignments.

To adjust a law firm or vendor’s permissions for their matter assignments, click the Assignment Permissions hyperlink in the Application Administration | Firms & Vendors sidebar.

—Feature or permission is enabled
—Feature or permission is disabled

Use the drop-down menu to select the law firm or vendor whose permissions you wish to adjust.
Select the toggle buttons to turn a permission on or off .
When you are finished, click Apply to all Matter Records.
