Reset a User's Password
This topic applies to firm administrators in Collaborati.
- From anywhere in Collaborati, select the Admin tab. The Firm Profile screen opens.
- From here, select the Users tab. The Users screen opens.
- Search for the user whose profile you wish to modify. Click on the appropriate username link to open their user record. The User Profile screen displays the user's settings.
- Click Reset Password. A dialog box opens asking you to confirm that you want to reset the password for this user. Click OK.
The application emails the new password to the user.
