Reset a User's Password

This topic applies to firm administrators in Collaborati.

  1. From anywhere in Collaborati, select the Admin tab. The Firm Profile screen opens.
  2. From here, select the Users tab. The Users screen opens.
  3. Search for the user whose profile you wish to modify. Click on the appropriate username link to open their user record. The User Profile screen displays the user's settings.
  4. Click Reset Password. A dialog box opens asking you to confirm that you want to reset the password for this user. Click OK.

The application emails the new password to the user.
