The Frequency Rates module is functions to easily record the number of hours worked at an Org/Entity for a particular month.

These hours are then used in frequency rate and incidence rate calculations for analysis reporting. The module can also be used to record other values that may be used in data analysis, such as miles or kilometers driven. It also allows user to set target values for Org/Entity for a particular time period. These values should then be referenced by the Frequency Rate widget and any other widget that references Categories.
