New Features
Contract Abstract Alerts

  • Users are now able to configure one-off contract reminders/alerts from the Contract Abstract.

  • The Contract Abstract has a new tab labeled Contract Abstract Alert Configuration. This tab will show the users, which general contract alerts are already configured for the contract record, and allow users to add their own alerts/reminders.

  • The Alert Name, Alert Date and Alert Recipient(s) will need to be added in order to create an alert/reminder. Multiple alert/reminders may be added to a Contract Abstract.
VRP Alerts
  • A VRP Alert may now be enabled to remind users it is time to review.
  • The Vendor Relationship Profile screen for each contract record now has a new VRP Alert tab. Once the alert is Enabled, the user would choose between the Contract Anniversary, the Vendor Risk Assessment Expiration Date or a Custom Date for the alert date. Multiple Recipients may be added to the alert. The alert will keep continue annually per the date selected until the alert is disabled.
Enhancements
  • The User Record functionality has been enhanced to allow those with User Administration access the option to send out or not send out user credentials. Now when a new user is added, the record can be saved with no user credentials automatically emailed. The user administrator creating the User Record may opt to email the credentials, but it is not necessary to save the record.
  • There are also enhanced credential selections when a User Record is edited. The user administrator may send the credentials as “new” with the Company ID and User ID, and a separate email for the Password, or send just the User ID, or send just the Password.
Report Update
  • The standard Upcoming PCM Expirations report now has a Contract Owner column to enhance the reporting capability.
