Form I-9

Redesigned the Tracker login page to drive a cohesive and consistent visual identity across all Mitratech products.
- Updated the Section 3 document data entry layout by streamlining the document data entry process and improving document image management. The look and feel of the Section 3 data entry page now aligns with Section 2.

Updated sample images of the Form I-551, Permanent Resident Card and the Form I-766, Employment Authorization Document throughout the application to reflect the new designs issued by USCIS.

Added Start Date to the Search Results of the Search for Existing Employee feature.
- Added Florida to the list of States that require all or most Employers to use E-Verify as a configuration option on the Employer Setup page.

Updated Tracker email templates to include either the default Tracker logo, a custom Client logo or a custom Distributor logo.

Implemented UI improvements to the Distributor Admin role specific to managing Distributor Admin accounts and using the Search Options feature.

- Added new arguments to the Create Client, Update Client and Get Client API calls to support enabling and configuring the Remote Access Section 3 workflows.

Form I-9

Fixed an issue where the I-9 Custom Reports feature wasn’t appearing under the Reports menu for users assigned to the Distributor Admin – All Access roles.

Fixed an issue where employees were receiving an error when attempting to access the Remote Section 1 Amendment page under rare conditions.

Fixed an issue where Distributor Email Alert settings weren’t being saved correctly.

Fixed an issue where the E-Verify Option toggle wasn’t appearing as expected on the Form I-9\Summary page under certain conditions.

Fixed an issue where in some cases document data weren’t appearing as expected in Section 2 when the I-9 Next Action value was Receipt Reverification Due.

Fixed an issue with the I-9 Custom Reports feature where an incorrect value was being returned for the Contains List A Attachment, Contains List B Attachment and/or Contains List C Attachment export fields.

Fixed an issue where an I-9 Manager had to take additional and unnecessary steps when completing Section 2.

Fixed an issue where Termination Dates weren’t being applied to I-9 Resolve records under a certain condition.
