What's New?
Form I-9
I-94 D/S Expires Value and Reverification Due Date Updates
The application now accepts entry of “D/S” (Duration of Status) in the Expires field when the DHS Employment Authorization Document is selected as a List C document. The system recognizes “D/S” in any letter case and automatically standardizes it to “D/S” for storage and display.
A new required Reverification Due Date field has been introduced along with a tooltip that reads “Enter the date the employee’s work authorization should be reviewed again for Form I-9 reverification.” This update ensures compliance with USCIS guidance and provides I‑9 Managers with a clear way to track reverification timelines for F‑1 students when the DHS Employment Authorization Document is selected as a List C document in Section 2 or Supplement B. Both updates are reflected in the I‑9 PDF and in the Electronic Audit Trail.

Client List View Export Enhancements
The Client List View “Export All Records to Excel” report, accessible by the Distributor Admin persona, has been updated. The “Client ID” column has been relabeled External Client ID and two additional columns labeled Internal Client ID and Distributor Package have been added. These updates provide administrators with clearer visibility into client setups. More details surrounding the Distributor Package column will be shared on an upcoming release.
Manage Users Export Enhancements
The Manage Users “Export All Records to Excel” report, accessible by the Distributor Admin and Client Admin personas, has been updated. The report now includes a new External Security Group IDs column. This column provides administrators with visibility into the Security Group(s) that an I-9 Manager user has access to. When applicable, the values are displayed as a comma separated alphanumeric list of External Security Group IDs that an I-9 Manager has permissions to.
Streamlined Client Configuration Experience
Client configuration settings have been reorganized to simplify setup, reduce duplication, and improve visibility across related administrative options.
As part of this update, the Email tab in Client Settings has been retired and all remaining email-related settings have been consolidated under the Features tab. This change helps centralize configuration and supports a more consistent administrative experience.
In addition, the Priority, Format, and Subject: Tracker I-9 Remote Access Email Message fields have been removed. Note that with the removal of the legacy Subject: Tracker I-9 Remote Access Email Message field, email subject lines generated by the Tracker I-9 application are managed through the Email Customization feature. Additional details on configuring email templates are available in the Email Template Customization Guide within the Client Support Center.
What's Fixed?
Resolved an isolated issue where, under certain conditions, some updates were not consistently reflected in the Electronic I-9 Audit Trail or the Form I-9 PDF.
