Q: Can I set up my TeamConnect environment to automatically perform the conflict checking action demonstrated in the webinar demo?
A: If your TeamConnect workflow would find significant benefit to automating this process, check with your Mitratech services contact to see about adding this feature. While it may be possible to add this functionality to your environment, its feasibility will depend on various existing factors in your TeamConnect instance.
Q: Can I mass edit fields on invoice records?
A: In general, Mass Edit does not allow for edits on locked records. If an invoice is posted or in a final state, it is considered a locked record and is not modified during a Mass Edit, even if "Allow edits to custom fields after posting” has been selected.
