The purpose of this webinar is to teach users how to use the rules, reports and documentation in TeamConnect and Collaborati to help control spend.

Rules in TeamConnect can be used to enforce Outside Counsel Billing Guidelines.  The following chart lists the out of the box validation rules and includes some examples on how they are applied:

Outside Counsel Billing Guidelines should contain all the information related to your billing requirements.  Some of the Key components used in writing Outside Counsel Billing Guidelines are listed below:

Validation rules are activated and configured in Setup under the Tools, Invoice Validation Rule Setting section.

Outside Counsel Billing Guidelines

Save Outside Counsel Billing Guidelines in Collaborati for easy vendor reference.

Click on Document Sharing, drag and drop the desired document on to the screen, click Start Upload.  The documents will be saved to Collaborati during the next application sync.
