Error: "The Server is not licensed for this operation. Connection rejected, the server license allows connections from only 5 unique IP addresses?"

Solution for error at login for TeamConnect "The Server is not licensed for this operation."

This is a Weblogic issue and Oracle support needs to be contacted. Most likely, the Weblogic account only allows 5 Users to sign in at a time because it is a trial application, and a full-privilege license was not installed.
