Appendix- Standard HotDocs Templates
Mitratech provides standard HotDocs document templates for incorporation with wizards in Secretariat and as documents in Secretariat. The files used are located on the Suite installation media in the Templates\HotDocs directory.
Documents
In the Reports module, click on the Documents tab to access the standard HotDocs templates provided by Mitratech.
Board Consent
The Board Consent template is used for actions by unanimous written consent of the board members in lieu of a meeting. This template uses the web_document_boardconsent.* files.
Certificate of Incumbency
The Certificate of Incumbency template is used to create a certificate stating the officers and directors of a corporation. This template uses the web_document_certincumb.* files.
Certificate of Incumbency with Signature Lines
The Certificate of Incumbency with Signature Lines template is used to create a certificate stating the officers and directors of a corporation (including signature lines for incumbents). This template uses the web_document_certincumb_sig.* files.
Certified Resolution
The Certified Resolution template is used for stating a resolution has been adopted. This template uses the web_document_certres.rtf.* files.
Shareholder Consent
The Shareholder Consent template is used for actions by the unanimous written consent of the shareholders in lieu of a meeting. This template uses the web_document_shareconsent.* files.
Corporate Meeting Wizard
The Corporate Meeting Wizard integrates with four standard document templates that can be generated from the wizard. Custom documents may be added to be produced from the wizard.

The Corporate Meeting Director Consent template uses the web_meeting_dirconsent.rtf.* files.
Corporate Meeting Notice
The Corporate Meeting Notice template uses the web_meeting_notice.rtf.* files.
Corporate Meeting Shareholder Consent
The Corporate Meeting Shareholder Consent template uses the web_meeting_shconsent.rtf.* files.

The Corporate Meeting Waiver template uses the web_meeting_waiver.rtf.* files.
Global Appoint/Promote/Retire Wizard
The Global Appoint/Promote/Retire Wizard integrates with standard document templates that can be generated from the wizard for each function: appoint, promote, and retire. Custom documents may be added to be produced from the wizard.
