Reporting - User Compliance Overview
Introduction
This guide is an overview of the Compliance Overview Report, which can be accessed from the Users area in PolicyHub. This report allows you to generate a compliance report for all employees (depending on the group folder structure) or for a particular group or individual user. The reports lists all items published to the relevant employee(s) and their compliance status for each publication.
Accessing the Report
- Go to the Users menu item in the left-hand column:
- Right click on either the top level folder (to report across all employees) or on a sub-folder (to report on a particular group of employees) or on an individual user:
- Select Reporting > View compliance overview report for this group:
- Across all dates will include all publications sent to the group
- For a specific date range will only include publications sent between the start and end dates you provide
- The report will be generated and list all publications sent to the Inbox for the selected group:
Default Filters
- Clicking on Filters in the top right-hand corner will show the default filters that are configured for the report:

Report defaults to only show those publications that were sent to the Inbox for acknowledgement. Use ‘No’ to report on those publications which were sent to direct to library. |

Fields
- Clicking on Fields in the top right-hand corner will show the default columns that are shown on the report:

The fields listed in the right-hand box are the columns that are already on the report. The fields in the left-hand box have not yet been added to the report.

To add and remove fields from the report, click the checkbox next to the field and click the appropriate directional arrow (to either add or remove it from the report).

Those fields with a red pin next to their name cannot be removed from the report.
