Publication History
General
To view publication history, select Publication History in the tree view. A list of all publications you have received will appear in the Publication History pane. Publication History enables users to generate a report and see the status of the Publications they have completed.
The Publication History is displayed on the My Library tab.
Report
The report contains summary information about completed Publications, both complied and non-complied.
The report does not include any items which are still in progress (that is, Publications in the user's Inbox) nor does it include Review Publications, nor items published directly to the user's Library.
For Tests which are failed and then resent by the Publisher, the following rules apply:
- When the Test is sent out in the initial Publication and is failed by a user, the Complied status is No.
- If the Publisher re-sends the Publication, it is removed from the report, as it is now in progress.
- If the user then passes the Test, the Complied status is Yes.
Report Configuration
All columns in the Publication History pane can be sorted in ascending and descending order by clicking on any of the column titles.
Clicking on the column title once will sort the data into numerical/alphabetical order. Clicking on the column title again will reverse the order of the data in that column.
The column headings of the Publication History report are described in Table 4.
