These release notes detail the information related to Enhancements, Improvements, and Resolved Issues in the LegalHold 4.4.2 release. 

Enhancements/Improvements

Improvement: Lock toggles for global hold notice settings
Description: System administrators can now globally lock specific configuration settings in System Settings to enforce corporate compliance across all hold notices. When a setting is locked, case managers cannot alter it during individual hold notice creation or editing.
Lock toggles are available for the following settings:

  • Enable Silent Custodians
  • Display recipients on hold notice
  • Enable Preservation Notice
  • Enable questionnaires on hold notice
