Enhancement:  LegalHold CloudNine integration
Description: We’ve updated the eDiscovery Integration tab to configure and test CloudNine settings. Back-end changes support saving settings and authenticating with CloudNine. LegalHold now initiates integration during Collection creation or edits, making API calls to create projects, add users and custodians, and synchronize them automatically.

Enhancement: We added an "Associated Holds" tab to the Matter edit form.
Description: This tab displays a sortable grid of all holds linked to the matter, with columns for Hold Number, Hold Name, Hold Open Date, Hold Status, and Priority. Hold Number and Hold Name are clickable links to the Hold Summary page. The tab includes search functionality for Hold Number, Hold Name, and Hold Status, and displays the matter name, ID, and type in the header. Matter Name and Matter ID fields are clickable links, allowing users to access Matter Details even without edit permissions.

Bug Fixes 

Issue: Fixed an issue where reminder emails were being sent to non-respondents even after all custodians had responded. The system now correctly stops sending reminders and logging actions on the History page when all custodians have responded, or are inactive or silent.

Issue: Duplicate questionnaire questions
Description: Fixed an issue where questions were getting duplicated in the questionnaire tab when changing the hold notice template in unsent holds or during creation. The system now provides a warning message allowing users to choose whether to replace the existing questions with the new template’s questions or add the new questions to the existing set.

Issue: Hold Notice PDF Export Fails When Using Copy from Hold Template Content in Subject
Description: Fixed an issue where the Subject was not rendering correctly in exported PDFs when copied from a Hold Template into a Hold Notice. The system now resolves Subject variables properly and also addresses the label overlapping issue in the fields “Hold No”, “Hold Notice”, and “Status”..

Issue: Fixed an issue where timestamps in the Custodian Portal failed to apply the configured time zone, resulting in discrepancies between the time displayed at custodian login and the actual response time.

Issue: A new validation has been introduced to prevent assigning the same legal staff member to a legal hold more than once with the same role.

Issue: We have added UI validation to prevent empty fields during Hold release processes, resolving issues where the system would get stuck.

Issue: We have fixed an issue when clicking on the Respond to Hold Notice URLs at the time of scheduling, causing "Oops!!" errors when accessed via bookmarks or links.

Issue: Resolved issue preventing distribution of Legal Hold to newly added custodians, which previously triggered an "Oops" error and redirected users to the Home page.

Issue: We fixed an issue where inactive custodians remained on active legal holds despite responses being submitted on their behalf by other users, causing inaccurate tracking of hold responses and custodians’ statuses.
