Enhancement:  M365 Sharepoint improvements
Description: As a hold admin, users can add M365 sites to a hold and can also remove sites from the hold. They can put them on hold automatically in Purview,  improving defensibility. In Teams, new sub-options are added for Shared Channels and Private Channels.

Enhancement: New option to filter out inactive legal staff.
Description: Unassigned legal staff have an end date, whereas those without an end date are currently assigned to the matter. We have added new fields, start date, and end date in Custom Report for validation.

Bug Fixes

Issue: Fixed issue with custodian questionnaire responses
Description: we have fixed the issue with Previous custodian questionnaire responses that are being overwritten when new responses are added, and there is no history of previous answers.

Issue: Fixed Hold Response Rate Report errors
Description: we have fixed validation errors that are missing in the view, that serve the report when a custodian becomes inactive after responding to the hold.
