Enhancement:  New field added to People module 
Description:  A new field, 'On Hold', has been added to the People module to track which holds are associated with which people.

Description: We have improved the Custom Report Designer to create a report when a custodian has been added to their first legal Hold and also released from their last legal hold.

Description: In the Preservation Notice step, the Notice field is now able to auto-populate the hold name, as in the Hold Notice step.

Issue: Fixed the issue with the Primary Internal contact sent from an ELM integration
Description: The primary internal contacts sent from integration cannot be modified on LegalHold, despite being editable and allowing the hold summary to be saved.

Issue: Fixed the issue where 'Copy from email template' was redirecting to the wrong page.
Description: The Copy from email template button on the release custodian email page redirects to the first step of releasing the custodian and does not copy the template.
