View and Analyze Preservation Notice Responses
Quickly View Preservation Notice Responses
Hold administrators can quickly view the status of data steward responses to a preservation notice by logging in and navigating to Manage Holds > All Active Holds. Once redirected, you will land on the Tile View page for all holds that have been sent. Select the Preservation Notices toggle to view a tile view of preservation notice responses per hold.
From this view, you can quickly search and view an accurate number of data stewards who have submitted a Yes, No, or Unsure response.
Filter by Response Type
Click on a specific progress bar to quickly view which data stewards have responded Yes, No, or optionally, Unsure.
View History
This history tab contains a detailed list of each time this particular preservation notice was sent in addition to information about the hold notice. You can find details including:
- The date and time a preservation notice was sent
- The name of the preservation notice that was sent
- If the preservation notice was manually sent or sent as part of a scheduled task
- To whom the preservation notice was sent
