TeamConnect Legal Hold Integration 2.1.7 installation guide

Prerequisite for installation

Log into TeamConnect using an administrator account.
Go to Admin → Admin Settings → About. And click on the “Show updates available for installed products”.
Look for the TeamConnect Legal Hold Integration 2.1.7, and click on the Install button. Verify that the TeamConnect Legal Hold Integration 2.1.7 is listed under Installed Products.
Restart the TeamConnect Server.
Log into TeamConnect using an administrator account.

Let us consider an example using Dispute as a matter object. This could be any in the Matter module. In this case the Dispute Matter module will be reinstalled in TeamConnect Legal Hold Integration 2.1.7.
Go to Tools → Module Setup Tool
Select Dispute from the Select Object dropdown. And click on the Install button.
In the Installation details Pop-up window, ensure the Dispute Matter option is selected. And click the Ok button.
You’ll see a notification as “Installation complete”.
Click on the Setup icon, and in the new window,select Clear cache option from the System Settings dropdown.
Click on the Clear cache button.
Log out from TeamConnect.
Log into TeamConnect, and test the Automatic Hold Number Generation Feature.
