Predefined Matter Team - Alignment Tool

You can align individual members on a predefined matter team to open and closed records with the options in the Alignment Tool. You can align the group to all open records, all closed records, or both, but cannot align a team to a specific, individual matter.

  • Top-menu, My Lawtrac | Application Administration
  • Legal Department tab
  • To the right, click on Predefined Matter Teams
  • Select Team from the Active list on the left

  • Click on Alignment Tool

  • Select the option for Open, Closed, or Open & Closed Records
  • Click Run Alignment

  • Matters affected will be displayed
