Lawtrac 4.3.5 Patch 12 (PLT4350012) resolves the following issues: 
 
Issue: Resolved an issue where Matter specific Rate Cards were not sorted by Matter Name.
Tracking code: SUPPORTPRI-54382
Support case: 2020-0213-584846

Issue: Resolved an error that would occur for Matter Text Records without an Entry Date.
Tracking code: SUPPORTPRI-54398
Support case: 2020-0302-590186
Additional Notes: Lawtrac 4.3.5 Patch 7 should be installed prior to installing this patch to resolve this issue.
