Report not displaying correctly in PDF output

If you are outputting a report in the PDF format and it looks like a lot of odd characters are showing instead of the actual report data please change the following setting within Internet Explorer.

In Internet Explorer change the Compatibility View Settings:

• Click on Tools
• Click Compatibility View Settings
• Under Add this website, enter the URL of the site you want to add (lawtraconline.com)
• Click Add.
• Click Close
• Close browser, reopen and settings should be in place
