Receiving error when clicking View/Edit/Add Extra Categories.

Receiving an error when attempting to view/edit/add Extra Categories: 

Error retrieving markup for element MatActions.

The error is occurring because the category connectors are currently turned off. To update this please take the following steps:
 

  • Select My Lawtrac
  • Select Application Administration
  • Select Matter Maintenance
  • Select Legal Hierarchy Maintenance
  • Select a Category name i.e. Corporate
  • Category Connectors
  • Turn on the connectors
