Duplicate Timekeeper error

Duplicate Timekeeper error

When you are submitting a LEDES file and receive the Duplicate Timekeeper error you will need to reach out to your Lawtrac Client Administrator. The issue could be coming from an inactive Timekeeper.

 

Lawtrac Administrator can take the following steps to resolve:

  • Top-menu, click on People | Firms & Vendors

  • Locate the Firm record in question

  • Click on Staff

  • Click on Include Active on the right

  • Locate the record with the duplicate Timekeeper ID, click on their name

  • Click on Edit icon under the Individual area

  • Enter a new Timekeeper ID

  • Click Save
