If you are looking for a quick way to view costs by Law Firm, this report gives you the spend by Law Firm including the matter type, matter number and name, invoice number and amount, based on an Invoice Date Range. This report also allows you to select a specific Matter Type, Keyword, or specific to Law Firms or Vendors.

• Top-menu, Reporting | Report Listing
• To the right under Report Categories, click on Financial
• To the left click on report Title ‘Spend by Law Firm with Matter and Invoice Information’ (FIN062.cfm)

Select the Date filter desired and enter the between dates as needed.

• Date Recorded
• Invoice Date
• Period From
• Period To
• Date Approved
• To Accounting
• Date Paid

The report is sorted and grouped by Law Firm.
