You can have multiple Law Firm administrator in version 4.x. So, if you want more of them, then here's the procedure.

Can you have more than one users with Law Firm administrative rights?

Yes, in version 4.x you are able to have more than 1 firm administrator. To accomplish this task an in-house personnel must take the following steps: 

* Access the firms record 
* Select Staff 
* Locate the additional user who should be a firm administrator 
* Click on the red administrator icon to enable their access
