Error Message: Line is over Approved Rate

What does the following error mean?

The error screen states that there is a discrepancy found in the invoice. It also states that the 'Line is over approved rate', which means that the firm is billing over the approved rate card amount for that particular timekeeper. In this scenario, the firm submitted a rate of $205.00 for timekeeper JB and the approved rate is $200.00. Lawtrac automatically adjusts this line down to the approved rate of $200.00. The firm has the option to either delete the invoice or submit the invoice with adjustments.
