Duplicate firms after upgrade
If the Law Firm list is duplicated following an application upgrade, refer to the steps below to resolve that issue:
• Select My Lawtrac
• Select Application Administration
• Select Application & Database
• Select Database Administration
• In the section Select table
• Choose the table named: VendorSwitches
• Click list Fields
• Click on Run
• Choose the table named: Vendors
• Click list Fields
• Click on Run
