Some documents uploaded do not appear in the list of documents in the matter's primary information. This does not happen on all matters just some. How do you fix this? 

To resolve this issue take the following steps: 

• Select My Lawtrac 
• Select Application Administration 
• Select Matter Maintenance 
• Select option 1. Legal Hierarchy Maintenance 
• Select the matter type having this issue 
• Select the option Screen Lay-out 
• Under the option Not Displayed: Click on Turn on next to documents 
• Return to the matter having the issue
