Scheduled task connection failure error
If scheduled is not running as scheduled, there is a possibility that there is an error in the ColdFusion logs identifying the reason for failure. The following error frequently received when there is a Scheduled Task failure:
Connection Failure: Status code unavailable
To resolve this issue follow the steps below:
- Login to the ColdFusion Administrator
- Select Scheduled task
- Locate the task causing the error message
- Click on the task name
- Update the URL to point to http not https
- Click Submit
