How to Allow All Users to Raise Confidential Forms?

A feature has been added that allows anyone, rather than just those in the confidentiality group, to create confidential forms. These forms can only be viewed and read by members of the confidentiality group. You can enable this feature by changing the setting "Should everyone have the ability to create this form?" to 'Yes.' Please note that the default setting is 'No.'

How to Enable this Setting?

Follow the below instructions to enable this setting:

  1. Log in to Integrum Application.
  2. Go to Administration > Smart Form Builder > Form Template.
  3. Open Form Template and click Edit.
  4. Go to “Should everyone have the ability to raise this form?” and select the ‘Yes’ radio button to enable the setting.

5. If you do not choose 'Yes,' only the group selected in the Viewing Groups setting will have the ability to create confidential forms.
