1. Dynamic/ Multi-stage Workflows: Lack of flexibility due to two stage workflow caused lots of concerns for users. Even to apply work-round for multi stage processes for a customer, significant development efforts were getting consumed, that too customer specific Now Integrum provides multi-stage dynamic workflows which support breaking down a business process into small manageable tasks.
2. Import Smartforms: This gives users a great flexibility to import smartform through CSV. This will be a more convenient approach to create Smart Forms and will make the process more robust and smooth.
3. Other Notable enhancements have been done in Data Retention, User Groups and Form View capabilities

1. Enhancements to integrate Integrum with the public form submission(formstack.com) application to allow public-facing forms to be configured with Smartform.
2. Enhancements for additional Editors’ workflow.
3. Users can now enable/disable or rename the label for the 'Change Synopsis' section.
4. Initiator can now reallocate a rejected Smartform to a new user instead of an already assigned user.
5. Users can now edit the document status label.
6. Users will now have the ability to configure Smartform form workflow to auto generate sub-forms and inherit parent to child properties on creation.
7. Users will now have filter options in the Smartforms.
8. We have provided Fixes for high priority support cases.

1. New enhancement providing the option to Initiators to raise Sub Forms when the Parent form is in a Closed status.
2. New enhancement allowing soft coded status values to reflect in View Registers, including the Status filter within the View.
3. New enhancement whereby the Save & Continue button will activate the MicroDB section.
4. New enhancement introducing the option to continue the review process post one reviewer rejecting the document.
5. New enhancement introducing a configuration option to change the hard coded Action form Header to reflect the Action Title.
6. New enhancement making the New Document button available in the Approved Controlled Document View.

• An enhancement was developed in the Accreditation function. The functions include:
  • Prefix Accreditation Type on Job position.
  • Move “Type” as second column on accreditation view from employee records.
  • Expand “Accreditation Name” column width.
  • Update function on scheduling Accreditations to employee form.
  • Link job position to the Accreditation function.
• An enhancement has been done in the CARs report filter area. To add a new field type (Finding Type) to the summary report output.  This new field type has now been added to the CARs summary report output.

• A Superuser will enable the MicroDB Sort function. This function will add a header line above the MicroDB fields which will allow for sorting of the data within the columns by descending or ascending order. In addition, a SuperUser can set a Column of the MicroDB to be sorted in descending or ascending order by default.
• An enhancement was done to allow a general user to create a subform when the parent SMARTForm status is Completed.
• An enhancement was done to the SMARTForm Copy function to allow the user to cancel the creation of the copy at any stage within the copy process.
• An enhancement was done to add an additional number to the SMARTForm reference number to allow for 10 000+ SMARTForms to be created in a single month.
• An enhancement was done to the Export to Excel feature so when data is exported from the Employee database, the export will include the Employee ID, Job title & Job Position.
• An enhancement was done to the Review Workflow function to allow the second MR to have the ability to reject a SMARTForm to the first MR.
• An enhancement has been done to the SMARTForm Attachment field to reduce processing time when uploading files.
• An enhancement has been done to clear the values from the Email Link SMARTForm function.

• An enhancement has been done in the SMARTForm workflow for the Action workflow configuration setting.  Once enabled, users can configure the overdue action notifications.
• An enhancement has been done to the SMARTForms Favourites button to allow users to add a SMARTForm as a Favourite when the SMARTForm is in “edit” mode.
