  • ‘Sync to App’ must be selected ‘Yes’, else the form will not show within the Mobile Application.
  • ‘Restricted groups when syncing to App:’ can be used, to only allow certain groups to see the form in the Mobile Application.

These settings need to be applied to all forms that are to be visible within the application.

Logging In

To login to the application, the user must first download the application ‘IntegrumNow’.

Once downloaded, the user must enter precise details to access the app. These values do not need to be entered again, unless the user logs out of the mobile application.

SSO settings are dependent on the SSO setup for the client.
