View Logged in user Details via Email Notification Link

The Integrum application now displays the logged-in details of a user when a direct link to a record is opened via an Email Notification. Currently, when a link is selected via an Email Notification (as an MR from a Smartform to view an incident) there is no indication of who the logged user is.

Steps to View the Logged-in User Details

  1. Log in to the Integrum application as an MR.
  2. Navigate to the Email website > Click on the link in the Email Notification. The created document page is displayed with the logged-in user details as shown in the following image.

3. The MR  can also view the logged-in details of the user by navigating to Integrum > Administration > Smart Form Builder > View Library > Open View Template > Open the created doc from the View Library.
