Privacy Statement Configuration for Public Documents

Administrators can now customize the wording displayed in the Document Security pop-up when the Public option is selected, similar to the existing setting for Confidential documents.

Configure privacy statement for Public documents

  • Log in to the Integrum application.
  • Navigate to Smartform > Form template settings > Privacy Statement for Public.

Configure privacy statement for Public documents

  • In the document security pop-up, when the option Public is selected, the configured text ‘Public’ is displayed as follows:
