Query - Others to Notify field - Role requires to be auto-selected
Requirement
- A business has a role called TEST Incident
- This role needs to be selected in other to notify field whenever an Incident form is created,
- Does Integrum system have the functionality which once enabled allows the others to notify field be auto populated with TEST Incident role
- As well allow the initiator to add any other role independently
Answer
- There is currently no option to auto-populate or set as a default. It will display the list of the Roles available in your environment. The user will be required to pick from the list.
