Enable Enhanced Group Edit Rights by ACL
The Enhanced Group Edit Rights by ACL feature extends the capabilities of users assigned to specific Access Control List (ACL) groups. While the existing Enable Group Edit Rights by ACL option allows users to edit and save form records, it does not grant workflow privileges. The new enhancement introduces a more powerful configuration that enables selected users to perform additional actions, such as submitting forms and moving workflows.
Overview
Use the Enable Enhanced Group Edit Rights by ACL? setting to grant designated ACL groups power user access to a form template. When enabled, users in the selected ACL group can:
- Edit and save form records.
- Raise sub-forms.
- Submit forms.
- Move workflows.
- Access historical data for the assigned template.
