Email Notification to Initiator upon Clicking Submit Button

Email Notification to Initiator With no Workflow

In this feature, when a user clicks on a Submit (Complete) button in a form, the app triggers an email notification to the initiator of a form section workflow. This functionality is customizable as per regular notifications based on workflow.

Send an Email to the Initiator

  1. Login to the app.
  2. Navigate to Administration > Smartform Builder > New Template > Add section and click on Workflow Wizard > Select Form Workflow Type as Section Workflow.

3. Configure the email notification setting for the Initiator of a form on Submit status by selecting Yes for the setting Enable Submit to form Initiator Notification.

4. Save and raise a form. Fill in all the details and click Submit.

5. Go to Email and verify, the Initiator of a form receives an email notification.
