Configure Privacy Statement to Confidential Documents

The Integrum app allows users to add a privacy statement to confidential forms and also to configure the same in the settings. For the privacy statement to be displayed the user must configure the message under the Form Template level and Add Restriction button (Document Security) under workflow level.

Enable Privacy Statement Display

  1. Login to the app.
  2. Navigate to Administration > Smartform Builder > Form Template > Select the form that is configured with the privacy message > Raise the form.
  3. Select the Restricted Button. A pop-up window is displayed with a default Public radio button is selected.

4. Select the Confidential radio button. The privacy statement is displayed with restricted users.

5. Select Ok. The restricted group is updated in the FormMR field.
