Whitelisting the Emails and IP Address

In our continuous pursuit for better service, we will be upgrading our email delivery platform effective from May-14-2019. 

The new platform will help us in increasing overall efficiency, effectiveness and performance of the email system. There is no change to the functionality or view of the interface.

You can help ensure that messages received from new platform don't get marked as spam by whitelisting the IP address. 

If you have whitelisted INSZoom email server IP addresses in the past, connect with your IT team and use the new IP address 149.72.218.241 for whitelisting.

Also, please whitelist notifications@inszoom.net &  alerts@inszoom.net.

If you have not whitelisted INSZoom email IP server addresses in the past, then there is no action required.
