How to download Questionnaire as pdf

Follow the below steps to download the questionnaire in PDF format:

Note: Downloading a questionnaire as a PDF is not supported, but it is possible to save the questionnaire as a PDF file.

  1. Open a Questionnaire.
  2. Click on “Preview” button on the upper right.

  1. On the preview page, right click on the page of Questionnaire, then click Print.

  1. Click the SAVE button to save as PDF.
