E- file Troubleshooting steps
Windows:
- Uninstall the app
- Go to path C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\
- Delete the folder named www.inszoom.com
- Download and install the new app and try E-filing.
Mac:
- Uninstall the app
- Go to path Users\user\Library\Application Support
(Note if you cannot see the Library folder, press command+shift+dot(period) to show hidden files/folders) - Delete the folder named www.inszoom.com
- Download and reinstall the new app and try E-filing.
