Windows:

  1. Uninstall the app
  2. Go to path C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\ 
  3. Delete the folder named www.inszoom.com
  4. Download and install the new app and try E-filing.

Mac:

  1. Uninstall the app
  2. Go to path Users\user\Library\Application Support
    (Note if you cannot see the Library folder, press command+shift+dot(period) to show hidden files/folders)
  3. Delete the folder named www.inszoom.com
  4. Download and reinstall the new app and try E-filing.
