PERM Eligibility Date Alerts

PERM Eligibility Date Alerts help in the tracking of a PERM case and are used as reminders of upcoming or overdue eligibility dates. The PERM Eligibility Date is calculated based on the information input by the case manager within the case profile.

Follow the below steps to set the PERM eligibility date alerts:

  1. Navigate to the 'Case Info' page, under the section 'Compliance Info', and click on 'PERM Compliance'.
  2. Once on the PERM Compliance detail page, click on ‘Edit.’
  3. A pop-up window will appear that will inform you of the mandatory fields.
  4. Now that the case has a PERM eligibility date, you need to make sure you are set to receive alert notifications. Navigate to the Profile icon and select 'My Settings'.
  5. Select 'Email Alert Preferences' under the 'Security and Tools'.
  6. Once there, scroll down to a section titled ‘PERM Eligibility Date Alerts’ and click ‘Edit.’
  7. A pop-up window will appear and you can input up to five date intervals for advanced notifications and overdue notifications.
