INSZoom - Numbers not appearing in the Bar Code Form

Numbers Not Appearing in Bar Code Form

When using the 'Edit in PDF' option to enter data into a form, some of the fields which require numbers might not show up due to a setting within the INSZoom. You need to update the background color to white to avoid this from happening.

  1. Navigate your way to 'Setup', and click 'Settings'.
  2. Select 'Advanced Settings'.
  3. Click on the plus sign (+) next to 'Org Settings'.
  4. Click on the plus sign (+) next to 'Form'.
  5. Click on 'Form Font Settings'.
  6. Select the button 'Edit'.
  7. Change the 'Form Background Color' from 'Default' to 'White.'
  8. Remember to select 'Save'.
