Change the Credit Card on File

Super Admins can change the credit card used to pay the monthly INSZoom subscription.

Super Admins may change the credit card on file used to pay their monthly INSZoom subscription feeds. To do so, the user will need to log in to the Payment Portal.

  1. To access the portal, hover over 'Setup' and select 'Billing Statement'.
  2. Click 'Pay Now' to open the portal.
  3. Log in with the portal-specific username and password.
  4. Select 'Payment Methods'.
  5. Update the card and save your changes.

Note: If you do not remember your login credentials, click Forgot Password.  

If you are still unable to log in, contact billing.inszoom.com.
