How to set Advanced Case Expiration Alert

1. Click on My Settings (Right Top)
2. Click on Email Alert Preferences
3. Scroll down and click on "Edit" button for Advanced Notification Days
4. Select "Global" from the drop down
5. Add Advanced Case Expiration
